Maurice Clark, Sr. of One Nation By Conviction shared his experiences and facilitated empowering testimonies shared by friends from the East Knoxville community at New Salem Baptist Church on November 7th.
Karly Safar announced the Fight for $15 nationwide day of action this coming Tuesday, November 10th. The day will start at McDonalds on Cumberland Avenue (rain or shine) at 6 a.m. and then at the City-County Building at 11 a.m.

Attendees were encouraged to register to vote, importance of local elections in the coming year here in Knoxville was noted. One Nation By Conviction, “a group of people under the same government treated unfairly, unjust and incarcerated by prejudice,” provided the Certificate of Restoration of Voting Rights form.
